- Job Description - HVAC Engineer / Project Engineer-

- Knowledge & Skills Required-
- 5+ years of experience in construction with supervisory/project oversight preferred
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural, structural, mechanical & electrical plans
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD & Project Management software
- Roles & Responsibilities-
- Provide equipment engineering support for tenders and project execution
- Understand project goals, contract requirements, and set up control procedures for discipline activities
- Define deliverables, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to project timelines & quality standards
- Coordinate design changes, review technical documents, and provide cross-discipline support
- Support procurement, subcontracting, and construction activities with technical expertise
- Prepare progress reports and ensure client communication
- HVAC-Specific Responsibilities :
- HVAC design across concept, schematic, and detailed stages
- Heat load calculation, RDS preparation, duct and pipe sizing
- Equipment selection (Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF systems, pumps, cooling towers, etc.)
- Drafting & modelling of HVAC layouts, shop drawings, BOQs, and schedules
- Coordination with architecture, electrical, plumbing & other services; preparing clash reports
- Documentation of DQ, IQ, OQ & PQ
