Regional Project Engineer - Civil Work (7-9 yrs)
We are hiring for Regional Project Manager for one of our telecom client based out of Thailand .
Qualification Required : Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Or equivalent
Job Description : Take care of all aspects of the construction project from planning to completion.
- Allocate resources for assigned projects
- Supervise personnel and subcontractors on site.
- Coordinate with project auditors, contractors, architects, engineers, Municipality and customer
- Negotiate the costs with the contractor for the appropriate procurement.
- Maintaining standards of work and compliance with project plans and requirements.
- Can manage multiple construction projects at the same time.
- Manage time, team to be effective.
- Track, report on progress of the project. And ordering related equipment.
- Can work with clients to provide guidance. Construction methods to meet the schedule and plan.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Male or female, age not over 35
- Able to work under pressure.
- At least 5 years experience in construction management.
- Good command of spoken and written English. Including formal presentation skills.
- Be cunning and motivated. Ready to learn Can work under pressure.
- Driver's License (if applicable)
- Please note they are looking for candidates who have in-depth knowledge of telecom's civil work, such as, fencing, tower building, area survey, etc.
