Competencies Required :
- The candidate is expected to have a sound basis of electrical circuits and simple logic and power electronic circuits. The capacity and prior experience in the debug of these circuits on the field with the help of field instruments and wiring diagrams is essential.
- Besides this, the candidate, as part of his secondary role in AGV Service, will follow work instructions given to him on time to time.
Experience :
- 8+ year's experience in leading the installation and service, commissioning team.
- Work experience in Automation Project Management, installation, commissioning, Operation & Maintenance and after sales in automobile and modern warehouses sectors.
- Should be able to take ownership of end-to-end warehouse automation project execution. Experience in leading the installation and commissioning of projects.
- Experience in Project management, Planning, scheduling, and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects.
- Good team management skills with front ending skills with the clients.
- Should be a problem solver with effective management.
- Co-ordination with the clients and all divisions of the company, which are involved in the project, to resolve all technical issues.
- Should be able to prepare project execution reports, status and progress reports, administrative updates, and quality assurance reports.
- He can understand Electrical Diagram.
- PLC Logic understanding for maintenance (Allen Bradley, Siemens & Mitsubishi Plc).
- Knowledge of RSLogix 5000, FactoryTalk Scada.
- Motor Controller functionality (AC/DC/SERVO),
- Sensors usage (Laser, Encoders, Photocell, etc)
- Switchgear usage (MPCB, Relays, Contactor etc)
- Awareness about different communication protocol.
