Regional Technical Executive - Warranty (9-12 yrs)
- Dealer Training.
-  Team Handling. Technical service demo specialists will report to this position.
-  Handle Customer complaint & Warranty. 
-  Ensuring efficient customer service and feedback. 
-  Involve, Establish & Monitor after Sales Service set-up and service processes at Dealer end with Company Guidelines.
-  Implement service specific campaigns & events in coordination with sales/marketing team.
-  Must understand the field Warranty settlement process which involves 
-  Failure analysis
-  Feed back to management on failures
-  Cross functional coordination for product improvement
-  Tracking product improvements and feedback.
-  Failed parts return
-  Dealer warranty claim settlement
-  Product Technical Knowledge
-  Must have knowledge of Dealer Development process, Warranty settlement process, Customer 
-  Grievances handling, Service Campaigns.
