- RTM (Graduate Civil Engineer or PG Engineer with a relevant exp of 8-10 years)
- Manage Audits of all Technical processes including NON APF Valuations, APF Approvals, APF Valuations and subsequent monitoring, Audit process, Agency Empanelment and Management process
- NON APF Valuations, APF Approvals, APF Valuations,
- Ensure quality and TAT of valuation reports
- Assist Company come up with Property valuation guidance framework and update it, basis market practices, local authority bye laws, enforcement practices, etc..
- Audit of Agency and In-house Valuations
- Ensure Team productivity
- Periodic training to all stakeholders including the technical, business, credit and Agencies
- Track all Real Estate Developments like new ordinances, change in ordinances,
- Major transactions, Launches, Enforcements, property price movements, supply-demand situation, etc.,
- Self-visit to select high ticket cases and appraisal of such properties
- Ensure implementation of fraud control framework
- Advise business on new opportunities
