Position : R&D - Mechatronics - Reliability Engineer
Purpose of the Role
- Reliability prediction and Accelerated testing
- Noise,vibration and structural testing
- Establishing product life for technological components
- Warranty failure analysis and resolution, FR cost reduction
- Development of test rig
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Test plans based on failure mode directory
- Field failure simulation and root cause analysis
- Structural testing of to find out the response of the system
- Installation of Test Rigs /Analyse data in the technological components
- Establishing accelerated test procedure
- Analyze data in Weibull++/ALTA and establish product life
- Identify the sources for engineering solution for measurement of strain,forces,deflection etc. based on the requirement
