Location : Jigani warehouse, Bangalore

Roles & responsibilities : Repairing Operation Manager

- Minimum 10+ years of experience in a Manufacturing/service industry, preferably in Mobile & TV industry.

- L3/Repairing Factories - coordination & ensure productivity

- Coordination with Logistics Team for Timely Delivery and pickup

- Cannibalization Operation of Mobile Parts

- Cannibalization Ops of TV - Parts Harvesting

- Coordination with Internal Quality Team

- Dealing with Implant outsourcing mobile and TV repairing vendors

- Coordination with warehouse defective ops team etc..

- Supervise the parts quality control progress and sampling scheme execution base on parts/Component specification, blueprint or sample

- Identify and record quality parts issue, reject the fail parts, manage the result filing

- Deal with the exceptional case and approve quality improvement result, coordinated with procurement team to push quality improvement solution from vendors.

- Daily management of inspection equipment, machine ESD infrastructure etc.

- Summary and analyze the quality check data, issue distribution map, trend of FTQ, suggest on continuously quality improvement.

- Experience in Repairing Factory Handling, Production Plan In-process, Supplier Quality and Customer Quality activities

- Knowledge and experience in Quality Tools, Problem solving tools.

- Motivate &Train team members on an ongoing basis on relevant tools or topics.

- Ensure adherence to targets set for all process metrics

- Ensure timely generation and circulation of reports / dashboards.

- Support organization in regulatory compliance and internal audits

- Knowledge and experience in Return materials handling from ASC.

- Knowledge & experience in Quality standards such like AQL, IPC standards, ISO standards

- Daily weekly productivity monitoring reports.

- Knowledge & experience in L1, L2, and L3 repair activities.

Qualifications :

- Dip./B.E (Electronics or Electrical Engg) 

- Worked in Electronics Manufacturing/Service industry

- Good Team Leader

- Should have quality analytical skills

- Good communication skills
