Research & Development - Ayurveda Products (2-6 yrs)
Lead R&D projects to develop ayurvedic based products
- To develop a detailed Ayurvedic based work plan to achieve the company's goal
- Working towards enhancing the company's product range
- Develop products leveraging on the company's technology
- Collaborating with production team for achieving deliverables on projects
- Collaborating with external consultants, institutions and other companies to develop new products and technologies
- Manage multi-disciplinary and multi-location teams to develop several products in parallel
Salary range: 6 - 12 LPA
