Job Description :
- Modification and optimizing the parameters of the processes of new project Analysis of raw materials, finished products and reaction monitoring. Literature search for the products by utilizing internet, library .
- SOP preparation and finalization for technology transfer for commercialization of the process from lab to technical plant and calculation of cost of production.
- Design experiments based on proposed synthesis route.
- Modification of the processes, and recycling of solvents and mother liquors to make the process ecofriendly and cost effective.
- Scale up of the processes and optimization of parameters at pilot level. Commercialization the processes in the pilot plant and supervision for scaling of the processes.
