KRA's
1. Liaise with other Managers to formulate objectives and understand the requirements.
2. Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.
3. Monitor production to resolve issues.
4. Evaluate the defined parameters.
5. Ensure output meets Quality Standards.
6. Deep knowledge of product with the understanding of quality standards.
7. Conduct frequent checks on Quality Standards to align with R&D.
8. Regularly inspect equipment and machinery to observe possible unsafe conditions.
