The Contractor Technical Project Lead shall be the Lead of the proposed key technical team to provide all technical inputs. This shall be held responsible for all technical delivery regardless of which technical area. He/She shall act as a technical coordinator for the Contract Technical Team.

Below are the minimum qualifications required:

i. University Degree in Computer Engineering or Sciences or Electronics & Communication Engineering (B.S., MSc or equivalent) or completed with professional post-graduate training in Measurement & Control in Oil & Gas industry

ii. Must have at least 8 years of relevant Oil & Gas industry experience in either Offshore or Onshore facilities and 5 Years of relevant Industrial Automation & Control Systems (PAS & SCADA) & Process Control Domain Information Security.

iii. Must have experience of a minimum of 8 years in both IT and C&A fields.

Must have experience of being the main person leading the site data gathering, evaluation, analysis and coordination all the technical requirements and involving the Company technical representative.

iv. Extensive technical expertise or experience on any one of the following latest process automation systems (i.e. Emerson, Honeywell, Schneider and Yokogawa) in terms of engineering, configuration, testing & commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance.

v. Extensive technical expertise or experience integrating the latest process automation systems sub-systems via standard system protocols (i.e. OPC, Modbus, PI, etc).

vi. Very knowledgeable in Information and Cyber Security and must have been involved in designing and implementing Information Security governance models and preferred to have one or more certificates in CISA, CISM, CISSP, and CEH.

vii. Must have a very good understanding of computer-aided operation (CAO) and PAS support operations.

viii. Must have very knowledgeable with recommended practices and relevant international standards like ISO 27001, NIST800-82, and or ISA 99/IEC 62443 standards, & etc.
