Job description:
Head, Product Development - Design and develop a portfolio of products (product + packaging) within the packaged food snacks segment based on consumer insights. Lead entire R&D, get regulatory approvals on products and coordinate R&D with contract manufacturers, and support successful commercialisation of the products.
Qualifications:
Over 10 years of FMCG industry experience in product development, ideally in the F&B space; strong analytical / conceptual skills, inter-personal & communication skills, creativity and entrepreneurial abilities; results-focused rather than effort-focused
