RR Plast - Design Engineer - GD&T (2-5 yrs)
Designation : Design Engineer
QUALIFICATION : BE/BTECH/DME/MECHANICAL DRAFTSMAN
Requirement :
- Design Engineer with 2 to 5 years of experience in the field of Designing of heavy Equipment/Pharma & Packaging machine/Plastic Injection Moulding machine/Plastic Extrusions.
SKILL :
- A Mechanical Engineer with Sound technical knowledge, Knowledge of Selection of proper machine Elements, Theoretical calculations
- Knowledge of ACAD and Solid works
Job Description :
- Individually handle projects
- Designing of Machine/equipment considering Functional requirement/Aesthetics/Market Availability/Cost factor/ Safety/Ease of operation etc.
- Prepare GA layout Drawings of machine/Equipment/Plants on ACAD/Solid work
- Prepare Detail part drawings complete in all aspect considering Tolerance, GD&T, Welding Symbols, Material BOM on ACAD/Solid work
- Prepare BOM of entire project using ERP/SAP.
- Release BOMs & drawings as per SOP
- Co-ordinate with purchase/production/Quality for respective projects
- Reverse engineering/product development
- Prepare Daily working report/weekly report etc.
- Follow and implement ISO in design activities.
- Cost estimation
- Take approval of drawings/BOMs from HOD
- Keep the track of projects in hand, Prepare/ Update Excel Sheets.
- Complete the projects on or before Deadlines.
- Keep the track of Actual material being used while assembly of Plants. & update the BOMs & data accordingly,Take Project History.
Job Location : Asangaon/Mumbai.
