SCOPE OF WORK
1. Capturing data for monthly documentation
- Food Waste : Date and weight
- Dry Waste : Date and total weight unsegregated
- Rejects : Date and weight and types of rejects
- Segregated materials : Date and weight
- Collection details : Date and weight of different materials
2. Field staff attendance
- In and out clearly mentioned. This should match with details from the security book
- Rotation of field staff as well as managing the minimum number of field staff who can be shuffled from other locations.
3. Implementation of SOPs
- Personal Protective Equipment (Apron, Masks, Gloves, Shoes)
- Monitoring the compost and dry waste SOPs
- Rounds to check waste flow from different sources and segregation at source.
- Bags management for storage and packing
- Taking material out (documentation)
- Work efficiency of field staff

- Will work cooperatively and effectively with a wide spectrum of people to set goals and resolve problems
- Has a passion for waste management
