All the responsibilities included in HSE Officer

- Coordinate with senior management and client for new process/policies/innovative ideas to implement at site

- Establish work permit system at site Process

- To prepare site specific HSE Plan and review as per the site activities

- To ensure the implementation of SOP at site and review periodically

- Coordinate with the all the departments to avoid the unsafe conditions and work stoppages.

- Preparation of SOP of new operations required by client

- Coordinate with client HO HSE To organize and conduct HSE training programs and give training on various HSE topics

- To implement & maintain work permit system at site

- To make compliance report of the clients observations, NCs and audit findings etc.

- To implement the HSE culture and fulfill the 100 % compliance of PPEs at site

- To organize mass tool box talks and motivational program on monthly basis

- To follow-up with stores/vendors/HO for safety material

- To prepare and revise HSE plan according to site requirements

- To prepare site specific emergency preparedness and action plan

- To evaluate the effectiveness of the control measures applied to reduce risk

- To conduct risk assessment, HIRA,

- To prepare site specific HSE Objectives and targets

- To arrange external training as and when required

- To maintain all HSE records of all incidents Process

- Prepare applications for Local, National & international Safety Awards

- To establish and ensure good condition of HSE induction Hall, First Aid Centre, Safety Park in good condition

Educational Qualification - B.Sc ( Full time) and ADIS is must

Exp - 10-12yrs of only safety experience into residential projects and must have worked for construction industry
