Safety Officer (2-4 yrs)
Job Description :
- We are hiring Safety Officers on a short-term contractual basis for high-priority infrastructure projects in Gurgaon and Mumbai.
- The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing safety protocols on construction or data center sites, with sound knowledge of safety standards and compliance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure strict implementation of safety protocols and procedures on site.
- Conduct daily toolbox talks, safety inductions, and routine inspections.
- Monitor site activities to identify unsafe practices and take corrective actions.
- Assist in conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, and reporting.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and statutory safety guidelines.
- Maintain safety records, checklists, and audit documentation.
- Coordinate with contractors and site engineers to maintain a safe working environment.
Required Skills & Competencies :-
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Safety Officer role, preferably in construction or data center projects.
- Strong knowledge of health, safety & environmental (HSE) laws and standards.
- Excellent observation, communication, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in preparing safety reports and maintaining documentation.
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
