Exp - 3 to 6 yrs

Safety (Adis)

Role & responsibilities:

- To perform daily tool box training

- To monitor daily safety activities of the site

- Focus on clearing hazards, unsafe working conditions/ methods on priority basis at project sites

- Prepare work permits and safety checklist related to tool verification and maintaining the documents of the same

- Conduct safety induction training for new labors deployed at site.

- Assist and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state and rules and regulations.

- Maintaining a culture that allows all individuals and teams to provide positive input to the safety.

- Implement training for employees and workers at site to promote safety practices.

- Maintain safety related record and reports.

- Responsible for regular site inspections and highlighting any safety issues as per standard operating procedures.

- Assist in the development, evaluation and upgradation of safety programs.

- Ensuring proper use of personal protective equipment for all personnels

- Assist to carry out drills and exercise on how to manage emergency situations.

- Assist to conduct investigation of all accidents and near misses.

- Ensuring safety of all workers and preventing from entering hazardous situations.

- Overall, he will be responsible for all the safety aspects and zero accidents at site. He will be the only responsible person at the time of accident if occurs at the site. He will also take the full responsibilities in such kind of incidents.
