Job Description :

- Implementing (PSSR) Personnel Safety & Social Responsibilities in the minds of employee & contractors also.

- Monitor the prevailing working conditions and ensures safe working practices in the company.

- Follow up on work permit systems and inspections, planning safety arrangements for Erection work.

- Maintaining General information report, Hazard condition & other requirements like equipment needs for first aid, ppes, etc,

- Ensuring the standards of Emergency services like Fire Extinguishers, First Aid Boxes, hydrant line, etc,

- Investigation of all Accidents / Near misses / Spills / Fires to find the root Causes and recommends corrective actions.

- Attending the Committee Meetings and provide technical support related to safety issues.

- Expertise in hazard identification, risk analysis, risk assessment and job safety analysis Create safety awareness by promoting safety meetings, presentations, and open forum discussions and by implementing safety training. etc

- Maintains and implements the site Safety plan, firefighting plan, and emergency evacuation plan.

- Conducts the Weekly Site safety meeting with technical employees and dissection on actual site condition.

- Conducts monthly safety meeting with managers, enginners & Supervisors.

- Maintain G.P.C.B monthly Conjunctions report.

- Monitor the Elevator erection activities at Working site, And fill up site condition report.

- Implementing safe system and procedures of job at work place.

- Ensure of all kinds of safety measures are applied like loading & sifting, scaffolding inspection, electric line, etc.

- Maintaining All types of documents & legal filling proper records.

- OHSAS audit completed in sterling pvt ltd and ThyssenKrupp elevator pvt ltd.

- Conduction more and more all types of safety training and live demotion on discussed training.
