Job description :


- Saif Automation Services LLP (Saif) is an aspiring unicorn. For it is not akin to any start-up by millennials who want to make a fast buck; it is a venture that aspires to make a difference to India and every Indian.

- As opposed to the customer-facing start-up clutter, Saif leveraged cutting-edge technology namely robotics and computer aided engineering concepts like design for manufacturing and assembly (DFMA) to develop India's first water drone branded as SAIF SEAS. This positions Saif as the number one in a market of one. Through its differentiated foresight Saif has created a new market space when most others continue to struggle for market share.

- Saif's multi-disciplinary team comprising dedicated engineers, young innovative interns from different universities working under the tutelage of Taher and Aliasgar (co-founders of Saif Automation) have successfully rolled out the fully-functional, high quality water drone in only 11 months - completely funded through their own resources.

- Saif's path-breaking, life-saving solution is all set to make waves in the Indian marine space. For the life-saving market space will continue to grow as sea-based holidaying and commercial enterprise gains preference for the average Indian. This makes Saif's growth potential robust and sustainable going forward.

- Owing to the company's tremendous growth potential over the foreseeable future, Saif has been incubated by the Government of Andhra Pradesh's - Society of Innovation (APIS) in Visakhapatnam. Furthermore, the Hon. Cabinet Minister of Andhra Pradesh for Information Technology Shri Nara Lokesh also officially launched the Robotic Rescue Water Drone - Saif Seas. The National Research Development Corporation (NRDC) has funded the Intellectual Property rights protection of Saif's innovative idea. Saif has been declared a winner in the - Start up India defense Challenge conducted by iDEx under Ministry of Defense- in the category - Unmanned Surface Vehicles- and are looking forward to the association, mentorship and funding from the MoD and DRDO's.

We are looking for our energetic, out of the box thinkers and doers in the form of Engineers - Diploma/Degree in the field of E&E/E&C/Mech/IT/CS or any related field with the following essential experience.

- Hands on experience on fabrication and flying of Drones - Fixed wings, Multi rotor etc.

- Should be able to program different transmitters - FrSky, Flysky etc, must have knowledge on receivers, Antennas and its range and telemetry.

- Should have burned his/her hands on ESC, motors, batteries etc.

- Must have used Autopilot viz. Pixhawk, APM and should be able to program it for our craft.

- Should have idea on FPV

- Must be able to work with mechanical tools to make changes in the craft, similarly should be able to work with soldering etc to take care of electrical works and wiring.

We are looking for a person primarily having the following characteristics :

- Should have aptitude to learn

- Open to try new things - should be kind of crazy and wacky when it comes to new ideas.

- Dedicated and sincere

- Should be RESPONSIBLE, should take onus of the work and make sure that the effort culminates into something fruitful.

- Ability to deliver within targets

- Should be able to PLAN and EXECUTE so that planning is accomplished fruitfully.

- Should take care of necessary Documentation s, update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
