Salasar Services - Executive Assistant To Executive Director (5-10 yrs)
Executive Assistant to Executive Director
- Act as a point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
- Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders
- Travel, Boarding & Lodging, and Printing
- Take dictation and prepare MOMs.
- Cab booking & Hotel bookings for Relevant meetings
- Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Coordination with Vendor Payments / Staff Claims & other bills payments
- Check Vendor Invoices as per Quotations
- Vendor billing and payments related all queries
- Prepare MIS / Vendor MIS
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.
- Asset Management, Rent payment, Maintenance, Government Taxes, etc.
- Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information
- Manage inward / outward documents on daily basis.
- Maintain and raise monthly stationery requisitions
- Daily Expenses handling & Monthly Expense Reports. (Petty Cash)
- Knowledge of procurement processes, policies, and procedures will be an added advantage.
