Salasar Techno Engineering - General Manager - Railway OHE (5-15 yrs)
Salasar Techno is hiring for General Manager role to manage and coordinate multiple Railway OHE projects.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to a team of people
- Manage operations and finances of division
- Ensure timely completion of projects
- Take daily flow meetings to stay updated with project progress
- Develop and manage monthly execution, billing and collection plans
- Visit project sites from time to time
- Drive development of employees
- Ensure that quality of work or service is maintained
Qualifications:
- Mechanical/Civil/Electrical Engineer with 8+ years of experience in OHE projects
