Job Description:

- As a Sales Engineer specializing in Cutting Tools, particularly in CBN, PCN, and Carbide products, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales and market presence in the industry. Your responsibilities will include:

- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives within the Cutting Tools segment.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions using our cutting-edge products.

- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of CBN, PCN, and Carbide cutting tools, including their applications, benefits, and competitive advantages.

- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and potential areas for business growth.

- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value of our cutting tool solutions.

- Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to clients, addressing their queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and KPIs set by the company, contributing significantly to overall business growth.

- Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including R&D, production, and marketing, to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

- Proven experience of 3 to 7 years in sales, specifically within the Cutting Tools industry.

- Strong technical understanding of CBN, PCN, and Carbide cutting tools and their applications.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
