Sales Engineer (4-7 yrs)
General & Task Management:
- To achieve the given target monthly / quarterly / yearly
- To accept additional one time / ongoing task if required by the team / organization.
Relationship Management:
- Develops and maintains good relationships with customers through technical and marketing presence
- Develop, present or respond to proposals for specific customer requirements, including request for proposal responses and industry-specific solutions.
- Understands the industry and customer trends and maps territory to anticipate capacity availability or constraints
- Monitors competitors, market conditions and product development
- Follows up on sales activity, ensuring quality checks on product and service delivery
- Works with company new product development team to help define and ensure customer requirements are being met. Provides voice of customer (VOC) feedback.
Key Competency:
- Strong customer service focus required
- Operational knowledge of MS Office
- Exposure to Auto CAD
- Demonstrated skill in design of experiments, data capture, data analysis using statistical tools and extraction of key knowledge from analysis
- Ability to function in a matrixed, team-oriented environment
- Ability to see the big picture and drive to it with minimal supervision
- Strong skills in time management and managing multiple priorities
Education and Experience:
Education Bbachelor's Degree in mechanical / Electrical or Industrial Engineering
Professional Experience 4-7 Years selling experience of capital goods
Languages English & Local language of location.
Strong verbal and written fluency in English required
