Qualification : BE - Chemical
Experience : 6+ year
Job Timing : 9 am to 6:30 pm
Location : Makarpura GIDC, Vadodara
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To review Customer Inquiry and follow up for ordering.
- Prepare quotation and sending to customer after approval of HOD Marketing.
- To received purchases order and communicate responsible person in FSEPL.
- Reviewing and monitoring the processing of Customer's Orders / Contracts.
- Evaluating Customer Satisfaction. To record customer queries.
- Keep records of executed and pending queries and orders from customers.
- Accepting/Rejecting of Customer's Orders / Contracts.
- To respond promptly to customer queries.
- To maintain documentations.
- To prepare Delivery Orders based on the customer purchase orders.
- Responsibility to ensure the conformity to its products & services and the enhancement of customer satisfaction
- Responsibility for reporting the performance of the IMS and on opportunity for improvement, in particular to director
- Responsibility for measuring, monitoring, analysis and evaluation of QEHS Objective
- Responsibility for control planned changes and review consequences of unintended changes and taking to mitigation action for any adverse effect
- Authority to approve the planned changes to the QMS as needed.
- Fluency in English, Hindi & Gujarati
