Job Description:

As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team by providing technical expertise and ensuring that proposed solutions meet customer requirements. Your role will involve product selection, system configuration, and cost estimation. Additionally, you will support export CCU (Close Control Units) sales and manage export spare parts requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales Support:

 -Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable products from the company's HVAC portfolio.

- Select appropriate units, including software-assisted component selection (e.g., fans, coils, compressors).

- Assist the sales team with technical input during the proposal stage.

 Quotation & Costing:

- Prepare competitive quotations, including detailed cost estimations.

- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure pricing accuracy and alignment with project requirements.

- Export Sales - Close Control Units (CCU):

- Manage inquiries and sales activities related to export of CCU systems.

- Coordinate with design and production teams to deliver customer-specific export solutions.

 Export Spares Management:

- Handle spare parts requirements for export customers.

- Identify correct part numbers and prepare necessary documentation for international shipments.
