Sales Manager - Capital Goods industry/Industrial Air Compressors (8-12 yrs)

Job Description:

- Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, purchase and sales offices to effectively achieve delivery schedules as well as comprehensive techno commercial documents for conventional power plant projects.

- In pursuit of customer satisfaction, ensure on time feedback to customers through sales offices.

- Creating plans for each quarter to acquire target accounts and revenues.

- Recommend strategy for major projects to win in consideration of market scenario, competitive situation and product being offered. Forecast for new / emerging projects to recommend business strategies.

- Develop, Support, and Motivate Sales Team to improve overall efficiency.

- Achieve planned business objectives, analyze market potential and competition and take corrective actions to achieve the plan.

- Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, purchase and sales offices to effectively achieve delivery schedules as well as comprehensive techno commercial documents for conventional power plant projects.

Desired Profile:

- B.E/ B.Tech Engineering (Mechanical) with around 6 - 10 years of experience in Sales.

- Must have experience in the Capital goods industry/Industrial Air compressors.

- Should have passion for sales, Proven new business development skills within an industry.

- Proven experience in managing and negotiating large, complex business development initiatives from start to finish.

- Ability to determine strategy and tactical plans that deliver tangible value to the marketplace

Must have excellent communication skills.

- Highly energetic and self-driven with good Networking and Relationship Building skills.

Good understanding of the local market.

- Must be fluent in English and Hindi and knowing any other language is an added advantage

- Willing to travel.

- Strong demonstrated success in stabilizing and developing client relationships.
