Sales Residence Manager (4-5 yrs)

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Residence Engineer to drive business growth across assigned regional territories. This role focuses on developing new customer relationships, managing existing accounts, and delivering end-to-end industrial automation solutions. 


- The selected professional will act as a technical advisor, understanding client requirements and recommending suitable automation, electrical, and control products to meet operational needs.

- Key responsibilities include generating new leads through various channels, conducting regular customer visits, identifying automation opportunities, and preparing detailed techno-commercial proposals including bill of materials and system architecture. 


- The role also involves negotiating with customers to close orders, coordinating with project engineering and procurement teams for smooth execution, handling commercial documentation, and ensuring timely payment collections. 


- The engineer will jointly set sales targets with the department head, carry out sales promotion activities with OEMs, EPCs, consultants, and end users, and maintain accurate records using ERP systems.

Candidates should possess a diploma or bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics, with 2 to 3 years of experience in industrial automation sales. 


- Essential technical competencies include PLC programming and troubleshooting, HMI and SCADA configuration, VFD and servo systems, sensor and transmitter integration, and control device programming.
