We are looking for a Dynamic and motivated Sales & Service Engineer to manage sales, servicing, and customer support for tablet tooling ( punches and dies ) used in pharmaceutical tablet compression . Develop and manage sales of tablet tooling ( punches, dies and accessories ) . Identify new business opportunities in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and allied industries . Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business . Conduct product presentatations and technical discussions with customers .

Key Responsibilities :

1.) Service & Support : Perform on - site installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and repairs of machinery or products

2.) Preventive Maintenance : Conduct scheduled inspections and maintenance to ensure equipment reliability

3.) Technical Sales Support : Prepare and deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and technical proposals to clients

4.) Customer Relationship Management ( CRM ) : Build rapport with clients, address technical queries promptly , and identify opportunities for after sales - service upgrades

5.) Reporting : Prepare accurate service reports, log repairs, and maintain documentation on customer accounts

6.) Competitor Analysis : Research and report on competitor products to help customize solutions for clients

Education : Any Diploma or Bachelor's degree holder preferred ( Mechanical )

Experience Required : 1-2 years

Industry Preferred : Pharmaceutical industry background would be given preference
