Job description :

- We are looking for a responsible Sales Coordinator to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of this position include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities.


- A successful Sales Coordinator should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

Ideal candidate : 

- 2-3 years of demonstrated experience as administrative assistant/general administrator/office administrator. It would be ideal, if you also have previous experience as a Secretary or Executive administrative assistant.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task

- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)

- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

- Should be confident on the phone and should have great phone presence.

Responsibilities :

- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

- Managing smooth functioning of General Administration.

- Order office supplies - Petty Cash Management.

- Ensure that clients requirements are fulfilled and renewal of software is ensured.

- Invoice verification / processing is also a part of this role

- Prepare Monthly & quarterly MIS reports

- Maintain and regularly update contact lists.

- Provide general support to visitors - Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
