SAN Engineering Solutions - Design & CAD Role - Hydraulic System (3-5 yrs)
Design and CAD profile Hydraulic
Functional Skills:
1. Knowledge in Tractor Hydraulic system/design - Hitch system, Three point linkage, Pipe routing, Hydraulic Steering, Cylinder, Pump, Filter etc
2. Experience in Vehicle Integration, 3D layout preparation & checking
3. Proficient in Unigraphics NX 11 (CAD TOOL), in part modelling, Nonparametric to parameric modelling, drafting, DMU, generative structural analysis and assembly environment and eBOM structure
4. Good knowledge of Product Development tools such as FMEA, DVP, DFM, DFS and Differ-ent types of Materials and Manufacturing Processes
5. Good knowledge of GD&T & tolerance stack up analysis
6. Should have experience of Teamcenter for release process & SAP
7. Good knowledge of design of parts under commodities like casting, forging, sheet metal & its manufacturing processes
8. Should be able to Coordinate with CAE analysis team for CAD iterations
9. Should have problem solving skills & ability to co-ordinate & interact with development team for drawing feedback
SOFTWARE & TECHNICAL SKILLS:
1. CAD Tool - Unigraphics NX 11
2. PLM Tools - Teamcenter 11, SAP, PDM, CORDYS
3. Computer Skills - MS-Office (PowerPoint, Excel & Word)
