Full Job Description :
- Candidate Should be a Diploma - Civil Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Coordinate with Chief Engineer, Autocad, Excel, MS Office must.
- Able to handle Site & Office Work.
- Good Autocad & Excel Knowledge.
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Technical supervision of ongoing civil work such as Tiling, Granite, masonry, flooring, waterproofing, etc.
- Preparation of Daily reports.
- Checking safety of Labours & material at site.
- Studying/ Checking Drawings received from Architect/structural Engineer for issues.
- Maintenance of drawings and follow ups for the required deliverables from consultants.
- Inspection of work execution done by Contractor.
- Certification of Subcontractor's Billing and processing.
- Preparation of Purchase Request for all Materials.
- Preparing Budget vs Actual.
- Preparing Monthly/Weekly Plans in coordination with Project In-Charge.
- Monitoring Progress on site against Weekly/Monthly Plan.
- Maintaining documents files like Tender documents, vendor details, quotation, Progress report, major correspondences.

Salary: - 25,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month
