- We are looking for Architect having at least 6-9 years of experience working with architecture firm and having good exposure into commercial/Industrial projects. Looking for aspirant who can join us at earliest in the Thane location.

Designation : Senior Architect
Job Location : Thane
Experience : 6-9 Years
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Understanding of the design, client requirements and sole ownership of various projects of awarded Architectural and Interior projects
- Analyzing Architectural designs and plans
- Ensuring all designs meet industry standards, government regulations and norms followed in practices
- Researching and inquiring about different materials, meetings with vendors and sample procurement pertaining to awarded projects
- Supervising Junior Architects and assigning them tasks
- Coordination with various consultants, vendors, authorities appointed by client, PMC s and Initiating leadership towards the project
- Understanding the clients- requirements/preferences and environmental impacts on the construction project
- Creating instant sketch solutions and making alterations based on the feedback from the client
- Explaining design requirements and specifications to contractors/vendors and resolving queries
- Communicating project status and completion timelines to the clients
- Developing designs by adhering to the specified budget, preparing BOQs and project schedule
- Undertaking regular site visits and inspections
Qualification Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Registered Universities
- 6-9 years of experience as an Architect in a reputed architectural firm or construction company
- Basic understanding of the rules and regulations governing the Construction industry
- Familiarity with design softwares like ACAD, Revit, 3D, Sketchup, Lumion, etc
- Highly creative and detail-oriented individual
- Up-to-date with the latest architectural designs and trends
- Strong project management and time management skills
- Good communication skills
- Having an eye for detail
- Demonstrating good leadership skills
- Deadline-driven and highly motivated individual
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
