Screen Printing Engineer (5-8 yrs)
We are currently having an opening for the below :
Position : Screen Printing Engineer
Location : Pune (Candidates relocating from companies like Parmacel, Classic Strips, SJS, Image Labels, M-Tech, Pune Metagrpah, Monochem, 3M, Pricol will be preferred)
Qualification : Diploma/ Graduate in Printing Technology.
Experience : 5 - 8 years in screen printing industry
Salary : 8 to 10 LPA
Job Profile :
Expertise Needed :
- Thorough knowledge about all screen printing activities like preparation of art work, screen making, printing, basic color matching, trouble shooting of printing issues, etc.
- Proficiency on Corel Draw is must.
- Exposure to solvent based inks.
Job Description :
- To manage all screen printing department activities like raw material planning (inks and films), production planning, screen making,
- The person will be in-charge of the whole department and should independently manage the production.
- Examining work orders to determine estimated printing times, ink, and material quantities.
- Designing screen patterns according to customer specification.
- Selecting screen size, de-greasing agents and emulsion coatings.
- Loading screen into printer.
- Installing and repositioning screen printing plates and pressure roles.
- Calibrating printer before batch is printed.
- Running prints and performing quality checks throughout the printing process.
- Troubleshooting problems as they arise.
- Drying, folding, and packing completed articles after the run.
