Key Competencies :

Qualification :

- Graduate in Chemistry / Food Technology, Food Science, Dairy Science, Dairy Technology, Food Microbiology, and Food Biochemistry with some experience in concept selling skills. ( MBA preferred but not mandatory)

- Graduate in chemistry with extensive experience in food industry could also be considered.

- Candidates from Certification bodies, Hotel Industry etc preferred.

Key Activities :

Training :

- Providing inputs and assisting the head in preparing the training calendar for the region, and ensure its implementation.

- Conducting training programs - Internal and external, programs could be in areas of food safety, international food safety standards, housekeeping etc.

Auditing :

- Conducting Food Safety Audits across various sites.

- Conducting facility audits across various sites.

Consultancy :

- Handling consultancy projects for catering / retail and manufacturing units in the areas of food safety standards like HACCP, ISO 22000, etc

- Preparing manuals, SOP's on FSMS as a part of consulting projects.

- Business development for their respective regions, meeting the given targets. Systematically scouting for new - potential- customers.

People Management: Managing team of 2- 3 members in North region.

Key Result Areas :

- Number of consulting projects handled

- Number of training programmes conducted.

- Number of audits conducted.

- Food safety revenue.

- Measuring training effectiveness.

- Adhering to quality standards.

- Building relationships with various hotel management and food technology institutes thus developing - influencers.

- Quality checks and generating reports.
