Seating System Engineer - CAE (3-7 yrs)
- Conduct system level cae as per regulation/standards.
- Meshing, model preparation, simulation and analysis of seat system through cae tools
- Establish correlation between physical test and simulation results.
- Propose design solutions for performance, weight and cost optimization
- Ability to understand basic design of seating system and evaluation methodology
- Ability to perform simulation as per physical test conditions.
- Ability to understand failures and suggest countermeasures
- Understanding of ece / is requirements related to seat system (is 15546 / is 15139 / ece r14 / r17) & carry out cae simulation based on it.
- Understanding of sheet metal / tube material properties.
Software knowledge : hypermesh / ls-dyna / abacus / nastran
- Effective communication & analytical skills

- Excellent inter-personal skill
