Job Description :
- Capable of designing Heat Treatment cycle as per Application of product
- Overall responsible of quality of product
- Field failure analysis and corrective action as per site location (APQP, 8D)
- Thorough knowledge of quality management system
- Value Engineering and value validation
- Computer knowledge, casting simulation software and SCAAD software
- Capable of reading and writing English.
- Capable of basic Heat Treatment Furnace maintenance.
- Knowledge of ERP and SAP

- Education & Dissemination of information on heat treatment, safety Environment

- Computer proficiency in MS Office (excellent in Excel & PPT), managing internet, Preparing PowerPoint presentations, E-mails and Employee Communication.
- Having willingness to travel across all the Projects as part of implementation of Policy Guidelines.
- Provide necessary support in automation and integration and suggest process improvements for better service delivery.
- Candidate should be presentable and have strong leadership skills.
