Job Description :
Experience in handling maintenance of automobile manufacturing plant preferably Body Shop .
1. Hands on experience of carry out maintenance of Cybernetic EMS system with hangers, turn table and elevator.
2. Hands on experience of carry out maintenance of Cybernetic, Scudo assly handling conveyor, Floor conveyor, Overhead chassis storage conveyor
3. Hands on experience of carry out maintenance of Body shop fixture, Indexing turn table, Hoist, pick & place device etc.
4. Clear understanding on Breakdown maintenance, Preventive maintenance, Corrective maintenance, predictive maintenance and measuring parameters like MTBF, MTTR and OEE and can able to implement the same.
5. Known to Collecting Predictive data for various critical machines.
6. Having Experience in ABB Robot Maintenance for body shop robots
7. Able to measuring geometrical position accuracies.
8. Familiar with ISO 9000 /ISO 9001/ TS 16949 / TPM standards.
9. Able to handle team of 15 to 20 No min.(Engineers and technicians).
10. Experience in maintenance & troubleshooting of Welding machine, welding gun specially Arm Welder make.
Technical Skill set :
1. Good understanding on Electrical Maintenance
2. EMS conveyors program, Robot /PLC Programming is added advantage
3. Trouble shooting & maintenance of Mitsubishi PLC is added advantage
Salary:INR 3,00,000 - 7,00,000 P.A.
