Job Description :
- Knowledge of working on Sacmi machines essential.
- The Section Incharge (Closures) is responsible for overseeing the production process of Closures, coordinating all production activities and operations.
- He will make sure Closures are produced safely, cost-effectively and on time and that they meet the required quality standards.
As Section Incharge, he will be responsible for both human and material resources involved in the production process.
- Achieve 100% Quality Product with close monitoring
- Organizing workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.
- Ensure that the production will be cost effective by estimating costs and negotiating and agreeing budgets with relevant stakeholders
- Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed
- Monitor productivity rates and product standards and implement quality control programmes
