Security Manager - Industrial Security (10-30 yrs)
Job description :
The security manager will report directly to the security coordinator and carry out the following tasks :
- Implementing plans for re-structuration
- Creating and implementing protocols and procedures for specific sites
- Controlling through the supervisors on a daily basis daily contractual and procedural compliance by the security contractors
- Perform security audits on sites
- Control supervisors activities
- Liaising with managers at sites in order to adapt protocols and procedures
- Identifying security breaches or gaps and practical solutions to overcome them
- Reporting and treating all security incidents on the various sites
- Investigate and write reports on all criminal incidents
- Visiting all sites minimum once weekly
- Send weekly reports for all sites
- Establish different needs for materials radios torches etc. and submit to the security coordinator
