Seeba Group of Companies - Factory Manager (7-10 yrs)
JD :
1. Handle day to day factory operations
2. Plan production activities, production meetings, machine maintaining schedules, worker schedules and budget maintenance schedules
3. Analyse production data and initiate strategic recommendations
4. Ensure rationalization of manpower and optimum output of machines
5. Ensure that quality standards are implemented and adhered to
6. Hire, develop and train the personnel/labour in order to run all the processes smoothly.
7. Ensure environment, health and safety compliance.
8. Maintain statutory compliance to government laws and regulations in all the domains.
9. Report daily and weekly progress across core management team
10. Oversee maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure plant availability.
