Senior Architect (8-17 yrs)
Hiring for Senior Architect for leading company.
Location: Pune,
Experience: 8- 15 years
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design from concept to execution
- Prepare and review drawings, working drawings, and detailing
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery
- Supervise junior architects and interns
- Conduct site visits and resolve execution-related issues
- Ensure compliance with local building bye-laws and codes
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- 8- 12 years of professional experience in architectural design
- Strong design sensibility and technical expertise
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (preferred),
- Experience in residential and/or commercial projects
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
