Senior Architect - Construction Firm (6-15 yrs)
Urgent opening for Senior Architect with an leading well known construction company.
Experience : 6 to 15 yrs
Location : Pune
Job Profile :
- Project coordination, interior designing, removing quantities, building layout, material selection, costing, Well averse with AUTOCAD/excel.
- Coordinate with Architects/consultants for planning and designing of residential and commercial projects.
- Coordinating with legal, marketing and sales department to provide all necessary information like legal plans, sales plans, allotments etc.
- Identifying consulting architects for a project and providing relevant scope of work.
- Coordinate with Liasoning Architects/Engineers to get approval/ completion from PMC/PCMC/PMRDA, Coordinate with various agencies to get NOC's for sanctioning work.
- Producing detail specifications & Amenities for Sales team & Construction team.
- Monitor & Coordinate with the project team for execution work. Site checking & site coordination for Interior projects.
- An understanding of all aspects of the design.
- Excellent design coordination with Project Architect, Liasoning Architect, RCC consultant, MEP consultant, Landscape consultant, environmental consultant .
- Working closely with other professionals like surveyors and civil engineers.
- Arranging meetings on site with various consultant to solve the project queries.
- Documentation. Fair Knowledge Rera and its documentation.
