Senior Architect - Interior Designing (3-8 yrs)

Qualification : B. Arch
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Meet with clients to determine objectives and requirements for structures.
- Give preliminary estimates on cost and construction time.
- Prepare structure specifications.
- Direct workers who prepare drawings and documents.
- Prepare scaled drawings, either with computer software or by hand.
- Responsible for implementing all architectural project, including Design, Construction Documents, Permitting, Bidding, and Construction Administration.
- Included are coordination with and responsibility for communicating with other disciplines and the client.
Skills needed : Good English Communication Skills. Team Management, Business Development, Managerial skills
