Senior Architect - Real Estate (7-12 yrs)
Role & responsibilities
- To assist in feasibility study of projects.
- To prepare presentation drawings for concepts based on project requirements.
- To prepare documents and drawings required by various statutory bodies /government agencies.
- To prepare good for construction - detailed layouts & plans for projects under supervision of senior architect.
- To prepare drawing & related documents required by Marketing Department for printing brochures.
- To visit sites and ensure that the work is being done as per drawings.
- To prepare as built drawings and maintain proper documents.
- Maintenance of records pertaining to drawings.
