Senior Architect - Structural Design (10-18 yrs)
Senior Architect shall assist GM- Design & Techno-Commercial in design management for all development projects.
Role & Responsibilities :
- Development of layouts for client proposals
- Development of massing layouts for land parcels during investment evaluations
- Design coordination for projects
- Optimizing design to achieve best cost scenarios in client proposals
- Architectural Design development / management of Industrial, Warehouse, Logistic building lay-outs and master plans.
- Strategy for Land use and expansion activity.
- Design process and systems improvement initiatives.
- Co-ordination and Interfacing with Customer, Surveyors, Site team, Design Consultants viz;- Architects, Structural and MEP consultants, contractor / vendor etc.
- Ensure coordinated integration of Design intent of Architects, Structural and MEP Consultants.
- Development of Design specifications, BOQ, DBR, RFQ, RFI, etc.
- Verification of Detail design and statutory approvals documentation.
- Verification of working drawings and output for site execution.
- Periodical site supervision and coordination for resolution of
- RFI raised by site team or vendor.
- Document control and retrieval system.
- Taking Initiatives in BIM, Green Building Certification
Ideal Candidate Profile:
1. Qualification: B.Arch., any post-graduate qualification/s will be an advantage.
2. Experience of 10-18 years. Work experience in a MNC design firm preferred.
3. Should have handled multiple projects, especially industrial / logistics parks.
4. Well versed with
- Project design - master plan, infrastructure, buildings and services.
- Strong at Design management.
- Strong architectural design skills
- Project conceptualization experience
- With latest technology and materials.
5. Very good presentation skills
6. Excellent communication skills.
7. Exposure to multi-national work environment preferred.
Location : HO Mumbai. Will have to travel.
