Senior Associate/Specialist - Facilities Engineering & Design - Civil (6-10 yrs)
Position: Senior Associate Specialist - Facilities Engineering & Design (CIVIL)
Location: Mumbai (Chandivali)
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with primary Architect, Structural SME and Design Manager on various project
- Preparation and Review of BOQ, Specifications of Interior finishes, Civil finishes, Doors
- Site visit for design and project coordination
- Meetings & coordination with consultants for design deliverables
- Knowledge of Lighting requirement, Fire norms, required approvals for DC projects
- Knowledge of Sewage treatment, Waste management, IT waste management,
- Better understanding of Electrical and HVAC parameters/ equipment
Academic Qualifications and Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Design, Architecture, Engineering, or in related field.
- Data center specific design certifications such as Certified Data Centre Design Professional (CDCDP), Data Centre Energy Practitioner (DCEP), or Certified Data Centre Management Professional (CDCMP) are beneficial.
Required Experience:
- Moderate level of experience in facilities design and planning,
- Moderate level of experience of data center infrastructure, power and cooling systems, and IT equipment.
- Moderate level of experience working in facilities environments or other technically sophisticated project types.
- Moderate level of experience with new construction, tenant improvements and capital improvement projects.
Sensitivity Label: General
- Moderate level of experience working acumen with CSA and MEP systems development; Architectural, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering education or experience is a plus.
