Senior BIM Coordinator (Structures)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all BIM aspects for structural engineering projects, ensuring seamless coordination with other disciplines.
- Implement and manage BIM strategies, software, and workflows to optimize project efficiency.
- Ensure high standards of structural project deliverables within deadlines and budgets.
- Represent the organization in client, consultant, and supplier meetings, providing technical expertise.
- Produce and review structural BIM deliverables, including models, drawings, and reports, with precision and adherence to standards.
- Actively engage with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to technical discussions, events, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience as a BIM Specialist in structural engineering and building design.
- Proven track record of working on diverse and challenging structural projects locally and internationally.
- Proficiency in BIM tools such as Revit and AutoCAD, with a focus on structural applications.
- Pragmatic approach and willingness to tackle complex structural challenges.
- This role offers the opportunity to lead BIM processes for structural projects, contributing to innovative designs and impactful solutions in a collaborative and multidisciplinary environment.
- Experience in Residential, High Rise Buildings and commercials projects Only preffered.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Diploma in Civil Engineering / Certificate Course.
