Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the development, coordination, and integration of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) BIM models, ensuring precision and adherence to project specifications and industry standards.

- Utilize BIM software such as Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360 to create detailed and accurate models, schematics, and documentation for MEPF systems.

- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams- including architects, structural engineers, and project managers- to incorporate MEPF systems seamlessly within the overall project model.

- Conduct clash detection and coordination within the BIM environment, proactively identifying and resolving conflicts before the construction phase.

- Develop and maintain MEPF drawings, schedules, and specifications that meet project requirements and comply with regulatory standards.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior BIM modellers, fostering professional development and ensuring high-quality outputs across the team.

- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance, timely approval, and successful project delivery.

- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation in MEPF modelling solutions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.

- Proven experience in MEPF BIM modelling with a strong portfolio of completed projects, particularly in substation, data center, or other infrastructure projects.

- Proficiency in BIM software including Revit, AutoCAD, BIM 360, and Navisworks.

- In-depth knowledge of MEPF systems, codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.

- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
