Job Description

Note: Candidate should completed BE (full time) with more than 60% throughout education

- Understanding and identification of VAVE requirements and Scoping the project for OpCos in line with VAVE processes..

- Follow and adhere VAVE process, to be a first person to demonstrate the use of VAVE templates for critical project and review them before designed release.

- Lead the Design of Industrial product Mechanical / Electro mechanical through for VA VE-Competitor product studies, Function/cost analysis, Concept generation/Finalization, Cost analysis, Manufacturing drawings & BOM, prototype & testing, Verification

- Complete review of the 3D models, manufacturing drawings (Form-FitFunction), assembly drawings, BOM w.r.t concept design/customer drawing/manufacturing requirements / assembly / performance / testing

- Identify opportunities for confirming robust design validation plans with DFMEA & assembly improvements and optimize the designs for manufacturing and assembly (DFMA).

- Project management and communications, including following the established design processes

- Ability to lead the tear down analysis of competitor and baseline products.

- Excellent problem solving skills and ability to find out the options for decision making.
