Senior Design Engineer - Autodesk Inventor/Solid Edge (4-8 yrs)
- Mechanical Design, using CAD tools Autodesk INVENTOR (Must), AutoCAD & Solid Edge
- Should have good knowledge is design software like Autodesk Inventor/Solid works/Solid Edge
- Should have knowledge on drawing standards, GD&T, ASME standards
- Should have good academic record
- Should have good communication skill
- Should have creative knowledge suitable for design
- Should be well versed in selection of mechanical components including motor, servo, bearings, LM rails, wheels, gears, oil seal etc.
- Should be familiar in calculations in deriving design of shaft, gears, structural members, thermal heat etc.
- Should have designed special purpose machines for any application
- Should have basic knowledge of FEA in inventor and solid edge software
- Should have basic knowledge in electrical
- Capability to generate concept design & convert to detail design after approval using CAD Software as mentioned above - Monitor design documentation and record maintenance
- Should have knowledge of GD &T, ASME standards, Tolerances. Etc.
- Should know detailed calculations to develop Design & drawings for manufacturing, construction, installation standards and specifications
- Should coordinate with production, manufacturing & Quality control
- Well versed in selection of Mechanical components including motor, servo, bearings, LM rails, wheels, gears, oil seal, O-rings etc
- Responsible for design & Development
- Should have the knowledge of new product development (NPD), Bought outs, Standard parts - Delivering project on time without reworks
- Experienced Sheetmetal design & drawings
- Innovative, Creative & Analytical
